TERMS & CONDITIONS

TRAINER’S OBLIGATIONS 

  • The Trainer will use her knowledge and expertise to best design a safe exercise programme that will take into account the Client’s lifestyle, goals, fitness levels, and medical history.  

  • The Trainer has the right to terminate your payments and close your account at any time. 

  • All Client information will be kept strictly private and confidential unless otherwise requested. 

 

CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS 

  • The Client understands that he/she must commit to their training programme and nutrition plan 100% in order to achieve results. You acknowledge that individual results may vary. 

  • The Client must not share any documents assigned to them during and on completion of their programme. This will be treated as copyright infringement. 

  • The Client is responsible for informing Dottie of any previous or current injuries and concerns that may affect their performance. 

  • For 'The Main Event' there is a minimum of three months commitment to the coaching programme

  • If at any time The Client wishes to terminate the online coaching programme they must inform Dottie at least one week before the end of their agreement and/or cancelling their payments. 

GENERAL 

  • The Trainer has the right to change these Terms and Conditions to be able to offer new services or as required by law. The Client will be notified of any changes. If dissatisfied with changes, the Client has the right to cancel the agreement. 

  • This agreement is governed by the Laws of England and Wales and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
