My experiences in fitness training include a focus on muscle building and strength training. Adding in this type of training will help burn calories, boost metabolism, and improve your overall health. A combination of strategic exercises as well as a healthy diet will have you in tip top shape.

MOBILITY TRAINING

Mobility and flexibility are key when it comes to keeping yourself moving. If bending down to tie your shoe laces has become a little more difficult or that niggle in the base of your back just isn’t shifting then spending time to stretch and flex could get you well on your way to moving and feeling better.
