• Avoid Over Ambitious, Unachievable Goals •

As the end of #STEPTEMBER2020 came to a close and I have a plethora of KM’s still to hit it got me thinking 🤯

Initially the challenge came about from a ‘5k a Day’ viewpoint which in itself felt somewhat achievable and manageable 👀

-

Fast forward 29 days and a bundle of excuses I ended up with more than a digestible amount 🙅🏼‍♀️

-

The same goes for our goals. If you break them down into smaller, less threatening chunks, the day-to-day stuff won’t feel so different ✅

-

What will be, is the result at the end. Easier, manageable changes but more consistently = consistency and success 📈
